Hot Blood
by Tristram Tuna, January 1998

In days now past I held you fast
In ecstasy and thrill
Recalled to mind our souls entwined
With raptured joy I fill

When we did part it broke my heart
Hot blood on stone did spill
In tortured pain I still maintain
My heart it loved you still

Though you delight another's sight
My love you cannot kill
Though you are gone my love goes on
And so it always will

We shall be delighted if you visit our sister site at Wickford and District Talking Newspaper for the the Blind and see what those dedicated charity workers are doing.
